Il MWF, in versione interamente digitalizzata, cambia veste ma conferma un programma di altissima qualità
Dal 6 al 10 novembre Merano WineFestival si svolgerà con una versione completamente digitalizzata che gli appassionati di enogastronomia possono seguire grazie alla piattaforma WineHunter Hub.
Anche la Cantina Franco Pacenti prenderà parte all’evento sulla nuova piattaforma digitale voluta da Helmuth Köcher che diventa l’innovativo punto di riferimento per assistere live al programma ricco di appuntamenti. L’accesso a WineHunter Hub avviene con una semplice e rapida registrazione gratuita, basterà selezionare la sezione Wine dove si potrà accedere alle diverse cantine mediante dei tavoli virtuali.
L’azienda montalcinese avrà una propria pagina nella quale sono illustrate le informazioni, i prodotti – corredati anche da schede tecniche – e video di presentazione.
Per facilitare la navigazione si possono selezionare dei filtri di ricerca: tipologia di vino, regione, nome specifico del produttore fino all’Award ottenuto – Gold, Rosso o Platinum, assegnati da The WineHunter e dalle sue commissioni d’assaggio.
La cantina può vantare due vini premiati rispettivamente con Award Gold e Rosso: si tratta del Brunello di Montalcino “Rosildo” e il Brunello di Montalcino 2015: il primo, in particolare, è molto caro alla famiglia Pacenti perché dedicato al nonno Rosildo, pioniere dell’azienda di famiglia che ha sempre creduto fortemente nel potenziale dei vigneti delle terre montalcinesi. Vino, frutto di un paziente invecchiamento di 36 mesi in botti di rovere francese da 10 ettolitri, le cui uve provengono da una selezione nella zona alta della “Vigna della Creta”, ultimo vigneto impiantato da Rosildo. Nato con l’annata 2015, prima vendemmia ufficiale, la 2015, di Lorenzo Pacenti, richiama il passaggio di testimone avvenuto tra le tre generazioni dei Pacenti. “Rosildo” è quindi identità di un territorio e dna di una famiglia.
Il secondo, anch’esso della memorabile annata 2015, è caratterizzato da corposità e profondità. Un vino di grande rigore espressivo, figlio del terroir di provenienza, capace di cogliere le varie sfumature del territorio.

From November 6th to 10th, Merano Wine Festival will be held in a completely digital format that all of the wine and food lovers can follow thanks to the online platform WineHunter Hub.
The winery Franco Pacenti will be also attending the event on the new online platform curated by Helmuth Köcher, it will be the innovative touchstone to attend, live, the schedule which is rich of appointments. In order to gain access to WineHunter Hub you would have just to register, it is free and fast, then you will only have to select the section “Wine” whereby you can gain access to different wineries thanks to several virtual tables.
The winery from Montalcino will have its own page, in which are listed all the informations, products- which will be accompanied by their technical sheets- and presentations’ videos.
To ease the browsing you can also select some filters: wine types, region, specific producer’s name and also the gained Award- Gold, Red or Platinum, which are assigned by The WineHunter and its tasting committees.
The winery features two awarded wine, respectively honoured with the Gold and Red Awards: Brunello di Montalcino “Rosildo” and Brunello di Montalcino 2015: especially the first one is very dear to the Pacenti family because it was dedicated to the grandfather Rosildo, the pioneer of the family’s winery, he has always strongly believed in the potential of the vineyards located in the lands of Montalcino. This wine is the outcome of a very patient ageing process that lasts for 36 months in 10-hectolitre French oak barrels; its grapes come from a selection made in the highest area of the vineyard called “Vigna della Creta”, this was the last vineyard planted by Rosildo. The wine was born in 2015 that was the year of the first official harvest managed by Lorenzo Pacenti, it, in fact, recalls the passing of the baton that took place among the three generations of the Pacenti family. “Rosildo” represents the identity of a territory but also the family’s dna.
The second wine, that also come from the memorable year 2015 features great body and depth. It is a wine with a great expressive rigor, it faithfully expresses its terroir’s qualities and different shades.

This edition, called back to the roots-back to the future, has its original format that has been always engaged in a quest for excellence and for the new trends of the world of wine&food, waiting for the appointment in Merano in March 2021 from 26th to 30th.
