Da Fiesole i Chianti di Poggiopiano si presentano all’ Anteprima.
11 Febbraio 2018: appuntamento con l’Anteprima Vino Chianti! Opportunità imperdibile per operatori del settore e semplici amanti del buon vino per confrontarsi direttamente con i produttori ed avere un panorama completo ed esaustivo delle nuove annate. Occasione ‘ghiotta’ per assaggiare vini che ancora devono evolvere ma che già preannunciano e manifestano le loro ricche potenzialità. Interessante possibilità per assaggiare, in parallelo ai ‘vini da botte’, anche annate già in bottiglia ed in commercio, avendo l’occasione di apprezzare la loro tenuta e la loro evoluzione.
Mauro Galardi si presenta con le Anteprime del Chianti annata 2017 e del Chianti Superiore 2016. Saranno in degustazione anche il Chianti Superiore Docg 2015 Voce alla Terra, in cui si ritrova la bella acidità del Sangiovese, arricchita ma non stravolta dalle intensità del Colorino e del Cabernet, e il Riserva 2012, Sangiovese in purezza, massima espressione di questo vitigno.
Il Chianti Lover ritroverà nei vini di Poggiopiano l’identità del Sangiovese e la sua superba tipicità, dovuta ad una corretta gestione del suolo, mediante inerbimento con essenze spontanee, ad una preparazione dei grappoli con una puntuale sfogliatura, ad una vinificazione che rispetta la tipicità del vitigno, ad un attento affinamento in acciaio e legni piccoli. Mauro Galardi Vi aspetta dunque al Padiglione Cavaniglia della Fortezza da Basso di Firenze, l’ 11 Febbraio, per scoprire insieme le emozioni e sensazioni che possono trasmettere i vini di Poggiopiano.

From Fiesole, Poggiopiano wines will present themselves at the Anteprima.
February the 11th 2018: meeting at Anteprima Vino Chianti! Unmissable opportunity for professionals and fine wine lovers to meet the producers and have a thorough panorama of the new vintages. A ‘greedy’ occasion to taste wines that have still to evolve but already preannounce and show their high potentiality. You can also taste vintages that are already on the market and compare their endurance and their evolution beside bulk samples.
Mauro Galardi will be there with the Chianti 2017 and Chianti Superiore 2016 previews. In the tasting, you will also find the Chianti Superiore Docg 2015 Voce alla Terra, that will let you discover the pleasant acidity of Sangiovese, enriched but not distorted by the Colorino and Cabernet Sauvignon intensity. The Chianti Riserva 2012 will be there, too: pure Sangiovese, maximum expression of this vine variety.
The Chianti Lover will rediscover in Poggiopiano wines the identity of Sangiovese. Its superb typicity is preserved thanks to a right soil management, with wild plants grassing, an careful grapes preparation, through an accurate leaf removal, a wine making that respects the variety and a careful aging in stainless steel tanks and barrels.
