Un Mare di Champagne, l’evento dedicato al mondo dello Champagne, organizzato dal Consorzio Macramé DIRE FARE MANGIARE, si prepara alla sua VII edizione che avrà luogo ad Alassio domenica 16 e lunedì 17 giugno 2019.
Professionisti, esperti, wine lovers convergono ad Alassio, nella splendida cornice del Diana Grand Hotel, per degustare il Roi des Vins, declinato in tutte le sue sfaccettature. Un Mare di Champagne, infatti, è una grande kermesse che racchiude Maison e piccoli Vigneron, per offrire un percorso degustativo completo dell’intero mondo dello Champagne. La città ligure inaugura così la sua estate: tutte le vetrine si vestiranno a tema Champagne con le colorate sagome delle Bottiglie a cura del Consorzio Un Mare Di Shopping.
L’inaugurazione è Domenica 16 giugno, con la Champagne Gala Night: Champagne Bar, street food gourmet, musica, convivialità ed eleganza saranno gli ingredienti di un momento di festa: 6 grandi Champagne, – Bollinger, Devaux, Drappier, Ellner, Mailly, Trousset-Guillemart – e 12 postazioni di street food gourmet dove verranno preparati live piatti realizzati con ingredienti di eccellenza dagli chef del Consorzio Macramé. La serata avrà il suo côté glamour con la sfilata gioielli con le anteprime delle collezioni di Gioielleria Medagliani, Damiani, Pasquale Bruni e Mattioli.
Lunedì 17 giugno, dalle 12.00 alle 20.00, avrà luogo la giornata dedicata alle degustazioni, il clou di Un Mare di Champagne.
64 tra Maison e Vigneron – record assoluto di tutte le edizioni di Un Mare di Champagne – offriranno ad addetti ai lavori e appassionati più di 200 etichette in degustazione, accompagnati negli assaggi dalla competenza dei Sommelier FISAR. L’affascinante mondo dello Champagne verrà approfondito in momenti di formazione e degustazione durante le 2 Masterclass che si terranno nel pomeriggio di lunedì guidate da esperti conoscitori. Dalle ore 15 alle 16 Steinbrϋck propone 2 mini verticali di 5 millesimi introdotte e guidate da Roberto Benevetano e dalle 17 alle 18, Livia Riva – la Dame du Vin – insieme a Manlio Giustiniani parleranno e faranno degustare lo “stile intramontabile del Pinot Nero” per la Maison Bollinger.
La grande novità della VII edizione di Un Mare di Champagne è rappresentata da MEMORvINO, un servizio digitale innovativo che crea una relazione più coinvolgente e interattiva tra i produttori e i visitatori e che, ad oggi, ha profilato 100.000 degustazioni in importanti eventi di settore.
Ogni espositore avrà sul proprio desk il dispositivo MEMORvINO che permette uno scambio di informazioni tra il bicchiere intelligente (dotato di un microchip) del partecipante (precedentemente registrato) e la piattaforma.

Un mare di Champagne, the event dedicated to the world of Champagne, organized by Consorzio Macramé DIRE FARE MANGIARE, is preparing for its VII edition which will take place in Alassio on June 2019 , Sunday 16th and Monday 17th.
Professionals, experts and wine lovers will meet again in Alassio, at the Diana Grand Hotel, to taste the Roi des Vins, declined in all its facets. Un mare di Champagne, in fact, is a great event that includes Maison and small Vigneron, to offer a complete tasting itinerary of the entire world of Champagne. So in this way the Ligurian city inaugurates its summer: all the windows will dress in a Champagne theme with the colorful silhouettes of the Bottles organized by the Consorzio Un Mare Di Shopping.
The opening is Sunday 17th, with the Champagne Gala Night: Champagne Bar, gourmet street food, music, conviviality and elegance will be the ingredients of a moment of celebration: 6 great Champagne, – Bollinger, Devaux, Drappier, Ellner, Mailly, Trousset-Guillemart – and 12 gourmet street food stations with ingredients of excellence by Consorzio Macramé where theirs chefs will be prepared live. The evening will have its côté glamor with the jewelry parade with previews of the collections of Jewelery Medagliani, Damiani, Pasquale Bruni and Mattioli.
On Monday 17th , from 12.00 to 20.00, will take place the day dedicated to tastings, the highlight of Un Mare di Champagne. 64 between Maison and Vigneron – the absolute record of all editions of Un Mare di Champagne – will offer experts and passionate more than 200 labels for tasting, accompanied from the expertise of the FISAR Sommeliers. The fascinating world of Champagne will be explored in moments of training and tasting during the 2 Masterclasses that will be held on Monday afternoons led by expert connoisseurs. From 3pm to 4pm Steinbrϋck proposes 2 mini verticals of 5 thousandths introduced and led by Roberto Benevetano and from 17 to 18, Livia Riva – la Dame du Vin – together with Manlio Giustiniani will talk and will taste the “timeless style of Pinot Noir” for the Bollinger Maison.
The big news of the VII edition of Un Mare di Champagne is represented by MEMORvINO, an innovative digital service that creates a more engaging and interactive relationship between producers and visitors and that, to date, has profiled 100,000 tastings in important sector events. Each exhibitor will have on his desk the MEMORvINO device that allows an exchange of information between the smart glass (equipped with a microchip) of the participant (previously registered) and the platform.
