Due giorni a Castelnuovo Berardenga con Calici di Stelle
Due serate per conoscere le eccellenze del territorio, per esaltare le prelibatezze enogastronomiche e per vivere la bellezza della suggestiva Piazza Marconi di Castelnuovo Berardenga.
L’8 ed il 9 Agosto, infatti, in occasione della rassegna Calici di Stelle saranno organizzate due serate che sapranno intercettare i gusti di un ampio pubblico.
L’8 agosto sarà la volta di “A Cena in Terra Berardenga”, giunta alla sua 4° edizione che, fin dalla sua prima data, ha raccolto l’interesse di un pubblico fortemente interessato alle eccellenze gastronomiche del luogo.
“L’idea di organizzare una cena- affermano gli organizzatori- in cui favorire lo scambio tra produttore e consumatore risale a 4 anni fa. Comodamente seduti al proprio tavolo ci sarà modo di conoscere le persone che ogni giorno dedicano le proprie energie alla realizzazione di un prodotto. Parliamo di formaggi, di tartufo, di vini ovviamente.
Ogni eccellenza sarà rielaborata dalle sapienti mani dei nostri ristoratori locali. Si tratta di un modo per far conoscere il nostro territorio attraverso tutto il meglio che sa offrire”.
Un ricco menu, dall’aperitivo- accompagnato da bollicine, bianchi e vini rosati- fino alle portate tradizionali accompagnate dai rossi locali.
La sera successiva, invece, sarà la volta della classica degustazione in piedi che si allinea con i tradizionali tasting di Calici di Stelle.
Una due giorni da non perdere fortemente voluta dall’Associazione Classico Berardenga e dal Comune che si adopera da sempre per la perfetta riuscita dell’evento e, in generale, per il successo di un territorio enologico d’eccellenza.
In questi anni l’amministrazione Comunale è sempre stata vicina alla promozione di eventi, manifestazioni ed iniziative che sono cresciute e si sono fatte conoscere a livello locale ed internazionale.

Return again “A cena in Terra Berardenga”
Two evenings to learn about the excellence of the territory, to enhance the culinary delicacies and to experience the beauty of the charming Piazza Marconi of Castelnuovo Berardenga.
On August 8th and 9th, in fact, on the occasion of Calici di Stelle exhibition, will be organized two evenings in which will be able to intercept the tastes of a wide audience.
August 8th will be the turn of “A Cena in Terra Berardenga”, now in its 4th edition which, since its first date, has attracted the interest of a public that is strongly interested in the culinary excellence of the place.
“The idea of organizing a dinner – say the organizers – in which to favor the exchange between producer and consumer goes back to 4 years ago. Comfortably seated at your table there will be a way to get to know the people who every day dedicate their energies to the realization of we are talking about cheeses, truffles and of course wines.
Every excellence will be reworked by the expert hands of our local restaurateurs. It is a way to make our territory known through all the best it can offer “.
A rich menu, from the aperitif- accompanied by bubbles, whites and rose wines- up to the traditional courses accompanied by local reds.
The next evening it will be the turn of the classic standing tasting that aligns with the traditional tasting of Calici di Stelle.
A two days not to be missed strongly desired by the Classic Berardenga Association and the Municipality that has always worked for the perfect success of the event and, in general, for the success of an excellent oenological territory.
In this years the municipal administration has always been close to promoting events and initiatives that have grown and become known locally and internationally.
