Una raccolta che, differentemente dall’anno scorso, si prepara a partire a metà settembre
Come ogni anno, la fine del mese di agosto preannuncia per i vignaioli italiani l’arrivo di quello che si configura come un momento cruciale: la vendemmia. Ancora pochi giorni e si potranno finalmente vedere i frutti di un’annata che, stando alle stime, porterà a risultati nettamente migliori di quella passata. Previsioni più che buone, che i produttori, forti di un impatto climatico molto meno aggressivo della stagione 2017, puntano indubbiamente a confermare. Come Talenti, che si prepara a partire con la raccolta delle uve a metà settembre , in ritardo di circa due settimana sull’anno scorso. Era, infatti, il 23 agosto quando l’azienda, costretta dalle elevate temperature estive, aveva dato il via ad una vendemmia anticipata. Ad oggi, invece, le piogge primaverili hanno provocato una maturazione dell’uva più lenta, favorendo l’allungamento dei tempi di raccolta. Tempistiche diverse, che fanno ugualmente ben sperare sul fronte qualitativo. Una consuetudine in casa Talenti, che da sempre si premura di ricavare vini eccellenti da uve genuine e in salute.

Like every year, the end of August means for the vigneron that a crucial moment is approaching: the harvest. In a few days, it will be possible to see the results of this year, which should be better than the previous one. Good previsions that the producers aim to confirm, on account of the milder climatic condition of this year compared to 2017. Like Talenti, that is going to start the harvest in half September, two weeks later than last year. It was indeed on the 23rd August 2017 that the winery was forced to start an early harvest due to the high temperatures. Today instead, the spring rains slowed down the ripening of the grapes, favoring a late harvest. Different timelines but with the same high hopes in terms of quality: a tradition for the Talenti winery, which always seeks to produce excellent wines from healthy and genuine grapes.
