“La possibilità di acquistare il macchinario nella versione base e, purchè predisposto inizialmente, l’opportunità di integrarlo con i vari accessori anche in un secondo momento. È inoltre disponibile la versione big formats, dedicata al riempimento di bottiglie di grandi dimensioni appunto”.

Sul fronte della produzione oraria, il sistema Aox imbottiglia fino a 330 bottiglie per ora da 750 ml vino fermo, con 2 ugelli. In quello no Aox si può arrivare a circa 500 bottiglie. Per quanto concerne i formati delle bottiglie, si parla di 375 ml, 750 ml, 1500 ml per un limite in altezza da 220mm a 400 mm, Ø max 110 mm ed un foro collo bottiglia di 17 mm. Il tappo può essere di sughero o sintetico, Ø da 22 a 27 mm, h da 35 a 50 mm, mentre la capacità della vasca di 25 l circa. La macchina ha un peso di 345 kg circa per l 2100 mm, p 850 mm, h 2300 mm”.

What makes the Easy Line System Wine bottling single-piece machine different from the other bottling machines?
“The possibility to buy the machine in its regular version and, as long as initially set up, the possibility to complete it with different accessories on a later moment. Moreover, you can carry out all the necessary steps to get the finished bottle in a small room and with a reduced need in human resources. A single person can manage all the phases.”
What are its functions?
It fills, corks, labels, encapsules. The operator has just to insert the empty bottles on one side and take them on the other side filled, corked, labelled and encapsulated. All the phases are managed by a touch screen control panel.”
