I vini della azienda vinicola samminiatese presenti dal 9 al 10 febbraio all’ottava edizione dell’importante anteprima toscana
Buy Wine è la più grande iniziativa commerciale per il settore vitivinicolo in Toscana. L’evento è collegato alle Anteprime di Toscana, settimana di eventi dedicata ai Consorzi di Tutela che presenteranno le nuove annate e guideranno giornalisti ed operatori alla scoperta dei loro territori.
La settimana del vino sarà proprio inaugurata dal Buy Wine che il 9 e 10 febbraio 2018 vedrà protagonisti i vini toscani nella sua 8°edizione, appuntamento annuale di riferimento per gli importatori da tutto il mondo.
Nel 2018 Buy Wine aprirà le porte a oltre 210 aziende toscane e circa 200 buyer che si incontreranno durante incontri B2B mirati presso il padiglione Spadolini della Fortezza da Basso di Firenze.
Tra le cantine selezionate per partecipare alla manifestazione ci sarà anche la Fattoria San Quintino, azienda vinicola di San Miniato, a metà strada tra Pisa e Firenze, che dal 1967 produce i suoi vini seguendo la strada dell’innovazione nel rispetto del sapere tradizionale in un percorso che segue scrupolosamente il prodotto dai vigneti alla bottiglia.
Lo staff della Fattoria San Quintino sarà presente al Buy Wine per illustrare la filosofia aziendale e tutte le caratteristiche delle eccellenze custodite nella sua cantina, nate in un territorio unico dai vitigni storicamente conosciuti già nel 1508 come si legge in alcuni documenti dell’archivio vaticano.
Tra i vini prodotti dall’azienda samminiatese ricordiamo il Quinto (IGT Rosso Toscana), la Fagiana (100% Sangiovese), il Chianti Docg, il Vin Santo del Chianti, il Nicchiaia IGT e l’IGT Rosato Doc.

FATTORIA SAN QUINTINO AT THE 2018 BUY WINE
The winery from San Miniato will be present at the 8th edition of the important Tuscan preview
Buy Wine is the greatest trade initiative of the wine sector in Tuscany. The event is related to the “Anteprime di Toscana” (Tuscan previews), one week dedicated to the producers’ associations that will present the new releases and will guide journalists and operators to the discovery of their territories.
The Buy Wine, 9-10th February 2018, at its 8th edition, is the annual reference for the buyers at international scale.
This year it will guest more than 210 Tuscan wineries and around 200 buyers that will gather together during focused B2B meetings in the Spadolini wing of the Fortezza da Basso in Florence.
Fattoria San Quintino is among the selected wineries that will take part in the event. Based in San Minato, half way between Pisa and Florence, since 1967 it have produced its wines following the path of innovation, in the full respect of the traditional knowledge, carefully following the product form the vineyards to the bottle.
The Fattoria San Quintino staff will be present at the Buy Wine to illustrate the winery’s philosophy and the characteristics of its excellent wines, produced in a unique territory where the vineyards have been known since 1508 – as written in some documents of the Vatican archive.
