L’ultimo weekend di novembre i vignaioli indipendenti si incontreranno a Piacenza
Il 25 e il 26 novembre torna a Piacenza il mercato dei Vini dei Vignaioli Indipendenti.
Le due giornate saranno interamente dedicate alla scoperta di chi si occupa del vino che produce, seguendo in prima persona l’intero ciclo di produzione, dalla vigna alla cantina. Due giorni ricchi di assaggi, scoperte, incontri e approfondimenti per conoscere meglio il territorio.
Sabato 25 ci sarà inoltre la consegna delle targhe ai nuovi punti di affezione FIVI (locali che hanno in carta i vini dei Vignaioli Indipendenti) e il Premio Romano Levi al Vignaiolo dell’anno.
Tra i cinquecento Vignaioli Indipendenti che riempiranno i saloni di Piacenza Expo per la settima edizione del Mercato dei Vini della FIVI ci sarà l’azienda Carus Vini.
L’azienda, che consiste di 26 ettari di cui 13,5 dedicati alla produzione del vino, si trova nel cuore del Chianti Classico fra San Casciano e Mercatale in val di Pesa, nella migliore area di produzione di uno dei vini italiani più celebrati al mondo.
L’iter di produzione della Carus Vini punta ad avere il minore impatto ambientale possibile cercando di raggiungere il miglior prodotto in termine di qualità assoluta e tradizione. Si cerca di fondere una tecnologia moderna con la tradizione del rispetto della terra.
L’Azienda Carus Vini si orienta secondo le linee guida di Agricoltura Integrata seguendo profondi principi di rispetto ambientale, della vite e dell’uomo che la coltiva. Si usa il minore quantitativo di prodotti chimici e l’irrigazione e la vendemmia viene fatta a mano, consentendo un risparmio energetico, un minor inquinamento e un risparmio di acqua. Una filosofia green che si applica in tutto lo stile di vita e lavorativo: il riscaldamento dell’abitazione del cantiniere funziona soltanto con legna e pannelli solari termici.

CARUS VINI TO THE 7TH MARKET OF FIVI WINES
The last weekend of November the independent wine growers will meet in Piacenza
The 25th and 26th of November the market of the Independent Wine Growers is back in Piacenza.
Two days entirely dedicated to the discovery of who takes care of the wine that is producing, following himself the entire production chain, from the vineyard to the cellar. Two days rich in tastings, discoveries, meetings and deepening to better know the territory.
Moreover, Saturday the 25th, there will be the delivery of the plaques to the punti di affezione FIVI (“FIVI affection points”) -restaurants and shops selling FIVI wines- and the delivery of the Romano Levi Award for the wine grower of the year.
Among the 500 wine growers that will fill the hall of Piacenza Expo for the seventh edition of the Market of FIVI Wines, there will be the Carus Vini estate, too.
This company, consisting in 26 hectares, among which 13.5 addressed to wine production, is in the heart of Chianti Classico between San Casciano and Mercatale Val di Pesa, in the best production area for one of the most celebrated Italian wines in the world.
The production process of Carus Vini aims to have the least carbon footprint possible, trying to get the best product ever in terms of quality and tradition. They try to merge a modern technology with tradition and respect for the earth.
Carus Vini complies the guidelines of Integrated Agriculture, following the principles of the respect for the environment, for the vine and for humans cultivating it. They use the minimum quantity of chemical products and irrigation, and harvest is done by hand, saving energy, water and reducing pollution. A green philosophy applied in both the lifestyle and working style: the heating of the cellar hand’s house works with wood and heating solar panels.
