I 30 anni della linea Sanct Valentin festeggiati con un nuovo design.
Nata nel 1986, la linea Sanct Valentin della Cantina San Michele-Appiano taglia nel 2017 il traguardo di 3 decenni di produzione. Oggi Sanct Valentin include nove vini: Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Nero, Lagrein, il passito Comtess e una nuova cuvèe, il Cabernet-Merlot 2013. L’ultimo nato è un blend in stile bordolese frutto dell’incontro di Cabernet Sauvignon (45%), Cabernet Franc (15%), Merlot (40%), 3 vini apprezzati in tutto il mondo e provenienti da Bordeaux, madre dei vini più costosi al mondo.
Per la produzione di questo Cabernet-Merlot sono state utilizzate uve provenienti da appezzamenti soleggiati, con rese basse e una vinificazione individuale. La nuova cuvèe del 2013 è perciò un vino rosso d’eccellenza, complesso e dai tannini fini: nel suo aroma si riconoscono note di cassis, menta, cuoio, cacao e mora, e al palato risulta vellutato, corposo, complesso. Per il trentesimo compleanno della linea, le bottiglie Sanct Valentin sono state vestite con un nuovo design e un’etichetta con timbro celebrativo, visibili in anteprima al Vinitaly 2017, dove la Cantina San Michele-Appiano sarà presente al Padiglione 6, Stand D1.

A new design to celebrate the 30th anniversary oft he line Sanct Valentin.
Created in 1986, the line Sanct Valentin by Cantina San Michele-Appiano celebrates in 2017 ist 30th anniversary. Nowadays, Sanct Valentin includes nine labels: Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Nero, Lagrein, Comtess passito and a new cuvèe, Cabernet-Merlot 2013. The last-born is a Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (45%), Cabernet Franc (15%) and Merlot (40%), 3 wines appreciated in the whole world that comes from Bordeaux, the homeland of the most expensive wines in the world.
For the production of this Cabernet-Merlot they used the grapes of sunny vineyards with low yields and separated vinification. The new cuvèe 2013 is an excellence red wine, complex, with fine tannins, aromas of cassis, mint, leather, cacao and blackberry, and a velvety full-bodied taste. To celebrate its anniversary, the bottles oft he line Sanct Valentin have been dressed with a new design and a celebrative mark on the label that will be presented at Vinitaly 2017, where Cantina San Michele-Appiano will welcome you at pavilion 6, stand D1.
