La cantina Vitis in Vulture di Lavello, in provincia di Potenza, lancia sul mercato Enjoy Rosè, uno spumante metodo Charmat da Aglianico in purezza, che va ad arricchire e completare la gamma di prodotti della cooperativa lucana. Fiore all’occhiello del territorio della DOCG Aglianico del Vulture, questo vitigno regala vini rossi e rosati di grande carattere, struttura e freschezza, grazie al terreno vulcanico e ad un clima con forti escursioni termiche che esaltano i profumi e la finezza dei vini.
Anche nella versione spumantizzata l’Aglianico sa essere generoso, Enjoy è accattivante già nel colore, un delicato rosa salmone che nel calice brilla di riflessi che ricordano l’oro antico. Il perlage è fine e persistente, ed esalta il profumo fragrante di fiori freschi, su cui spicca la rosa, di erbe aromatiche e piccoli frutti a bacca rossa. Al sorso è carezzevole, con note agrumate di pompelmo rosa che ne esaltano la freschezza senza aggredire il palato, ed erbe aromatiche che ritornano piacevolmente. Sapido e persistente, denota tutto il carattere vigoroso del vitigno lucano, risultando fine ed armonico. L’affinamento di 4 mesi sui lieviti dona struttura ed eleganza a questo spumante, perfetto per accompagnare i piatti delle feste, dagli aperitivi a base di salmone affumicato e verdure in pastella alle zuppe di pesce, torte rustiche o secondi a base di carne bianca.
Intriguing bubbles from a generous vineyard
Winery Vitis in Vulture, located in Lavello in the province of Potenza, launches on the market Enjoy Rosé a spumante made with the Charmat method from Aglianico in purity, that enriches and completes the Lucanian cooperative’s products range. Flagship of the DOCG Aglianico del Vulture’s territory this vineyard gives red and rosé wines that have a strong character, structure and freshness, thanks to the volcanic soil and to a weather with strong climate variations that enhances the wines’ scents and finesse.
Also in its sparkling version the Aglianico can be generous, Enjoy is captivating even in its color, a delicate salmon pink that sparkles in the glass with reflections that are reminiscent of the ancient gold. The perlage is thin and persistent and enhances the fragrant scent of fresh flowers, on which stands out the rose, and also of fresh aromatic herbs and small red berries. It is caressing to the tongue with citrus notes of grapefruit and rose that enhances the freshness and it is gentle on the palate and then, the fresh herbal notes come back pleasantly.
Savory and persistant, it marks the vigorous character of the Lucanian vineyard, resulting as a thin and harmonic wine. The 4 months refining on yeasts give structure and elegance to this spumante, perfect to be matched with festive dishes, from smoked salmon and batter covered vegetables appetizers to fish soups, quiches or white meat second courses.
