Alla 51 edizione del Vinitaly saranno presenti ben 115 vignaioli aderenti alla FIVI, che dal 9 al 12 aprile esporranno nell’area collettiva riservata all’associazione, all’interno del padiglione 8.
“Anche quest’anno gli stand a nostra disposizione sono andati a ruba – sottolinea Matilde Poggi, presidente FIVI -Il successo dello spazio collettivo FIVI a Vinitaly è la testimonianza di come i vignaioli che vi aderiscono si sentano parte di una grande famiglia, dove si sta bene e si lavora per obiettivi comuni.” Fra i 115 vignaioli della grande famiglia FIVI presenti, ci sarà anche l‘Azienda Carus Vini, che ben incarna e rappresenta la filosofia dei Vignaioli Indipendenti.
Infatti, l’azienda si e’ sempre posta l’obbiettivo di produrre vino e olio con il minore impatto ambientale possibile. In vigna si seguono le linee guida dell’agricoltura integrata e vi è una particolare cura nell’usare il minor quantitativo di prodotti chimici; fra i filari non e’ installato un impianto di irrigazione e la vendemmia viene fatta a mano, consentendo un risparmio energetico, un minor inquinamento e un risparmio d’acqua. Mentre in cantina sono state installate opere di coibentazione (cappotto interno alle pareti e tetto ventilato) e una parziale copertura del tetto con 20 kWp di pannelli fotovoltaici di ultima generazione, che consentono un ulteriore risparmio energetico.

Carus Vini at Vinitaly with the big FIVI family.
Over 115 FIVI winemakers will be present at the 51th edition of Vinitaly from the 9th to the 12th of April and they will introduce their wines in the area of the association, inside pavillon 8.
“Also this year ,we literally sold our available stands – underlines Matilde Poggi, president od FIVI – the big success of FIVI collective space at Vinitaly is the proof that winemakers members feel like being part of a big family, where we feel good and work for reaching the same goals.
Among the 115 participants of the big FIVI family, there will also be the Azienda Carus Vini, which incarnates and represent the philosophy of our Indipendent Winemakers.” In fact, this winery has always had the goal of producing oil and wine with the minimum environmental impact.
In the vineyards, they follow the guide lines of integrated agriculture, paying particular attention to use the minimum amount of chemical products. There’s not an irrigation system between vines and the harvest is handmade, resulting in energy saving, less pollution and water saving. In cellar have being installed insulation system ( inner coating of walls and rood ventilation) and on the roof, a partial coverage of last generation photovoltaic panels with a total power of 20 kW, which give an additional power saving.
