L’evento di VinNatur dedicato a 158 produttori di vini naturali.
Sarà la numero 15 l’edizione di Villa Favorita che prenderà vita tra pochi giorni a Sarego, in provincia di Vicenza. L’evento organizzato da VinNatur, riunirà 158 produttori provenienti da Italia, Austria, Francia, Germania, Slovenia e Spagna, che porteranno i loro vini prodotti nel rispetto del territorio, della vite e dei cicli naturali. Una scelta che anche Podere Anima Mundi, della provincia di Pisa, ha fatto da tempo, certificandola con l’entrata nel team VinNatur negli scorsi mesi. Perché andare alla scoperta di questi vini selezionati? Marta Sierota, patron di Anima Mundi, ha unito la sensibilità verso sostenibilità e rispetto per il consumatore, alla decisione di valorizzare vitigni autoctoni toscani attraverso i vini eleganti e sfaccettati: Mor di Roccia (100% Foglia Tonda), 2 Venti (100% Pugnitello) e Colorino del Valdarno (100% Colorino). Tre nettari specchio del loro terroir, peculiari e frutto di una minuziosa cura del terreno che li ospita. Un progetto ricercato e di qualità, nell’ambito di una produzione biodinamica influenzata dalla vicinanza del mare, che dona aromi mediterranei e mineralità a questi vini di pregio, fermentati in modo spontaneo ed affinati in barriques di rovere francese. The 15th edition of Villa Favorita will start in a few days in Sarego, in the Vicenza province. The event is organized by VinNatur and will gather together 158 producers from Italy, Austria, France, Germany, Slovenia and Spain: they will bring their wines, produced in the full respect of the territory, the vines and their natural cycles. Podere Anima Mundi, from the Pisa province, has long made the same choice, which has been recently “certified” by the entry in the VinNatur team. Why getting to know better these selected wines? Marta Sierota, Anima Mundi’s owner, has combined the interest in the sustainability and the respect for the consumers to the decision to enhance local varieties by means of elegant and multifaceted wines: Mor di Roccia (100% Foglia Tonda), 2 Venti (100% Pugnitello) and Colorino del Valdarno (100% Colorino). Three peculiar wines that represent their terroir and are the result of the great care for the soil. It’s a valued and quality project, as part of a biodynamic production that is influenced by the sea proximity and that gives Mediterranean and mineral aromas to these wines, which are spontaneously fermented and aged into French oak barrels.
